Special Athletes Teams
The Special Athletes Teams can perform as an exhibition team. Due to current standards, exhibition teams will not be judged. PacWest will oblige to judging when further guidance has been given on judging the complexity of Special Performance Teams. All teams within this catergory will receive acknowledgement, medals and a picture of their team. We will do our best to accommodate the needs of Special Athletes at our events. Please email your requests to mia@varsitygainesville.com at least 30 days prior to an event.
Schedules & Results
All times are subject to change based upon last minute cancellations or additions. We encourage you to download a final copy of the performance order the Friday of the competition, to ensure no schedule changes have occurred and you are looking at the most current lineup. PacWest makes every effort to follow the performance order to the minute. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes but spectators are encouraged to arrive at least one hour prior to the performance time.
Photography and Video
Spectators are welcome to photograph/videotape any and all performances from spectator seating. Please keep in mind that all cameras must be handheld. Cameras MAY NOT be placed on a tripod as they are a tripping/traffic hazard. Cameras with removable lenses will not be allowed in the arena for the safety of the athletes. Those spectators wanting to order pictures may do so at the Universal Event Photography booth in the vendor area.

Parking
PacWest hosts events at large venues that may charge parking fees. These fees may vary per vehicle (cars vs. buses). All parking accommodations are managed by the venue and fees are retained by the venue as well.
There will be other events at the Oregon Convention Center during PacWest Nationals so parking will be at a premium. Alternate parking locations and public transportation options are available; the City’s MAX light rail line is a great option and stops right at the convention center. The convention center is also a stop for TriMet buses and the Portland Streetcar. Click here for more information and here for alternate parking locations.

Crossover fees apply to the same category - cheer to cheer/dance to dance.
Individuals and stunt groups must be accompanied by a registered coach, not a parent.
Add a $250 late fee if your completed registration and full balance payment will not be received in the Varsity Gainesville offices by January 15. An additional $250 late fee will be incurred if the balance due is not paid in full by February 12.
Force Majeure:
PacWest shall not be liable for failure or other delay in performance of its obligations under any agreement to the extent such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of public enemy, fires, floods, war, civil disturbance, participation, sabotage, lock-outs, labor disputes, acts of any governmental or quasi governmental authority, cessation of operations by the NBA, theme park, or any other force majeure.
